We are accepting orders for The Art Collection until November 20th. Orders placed after this date will not be processed until our return in January, with delivery expected 4-6 weeks after that. For all other products, orders placed by the start of December (exact date to be confirmed) are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders placed between November 19th and the start of December will be shipped no later than December 20th.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be super happy with your order but if you have changed your mind about your purchase - You are welcome to return the product to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch before returning anything to us. (However - we are unable to accept personalised items or Stands, Swings or Shelves as these items are bespoke and made to order).
Upon receipt of the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee (Between £3.99 and £10.00 depending on the value and weight.

SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND JERSEY
We do ship tp the Republic of Ireland and we have established a relationship with Parcelforce for those shipments. All import fees are to be paid by the customer.

Please note shipments to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland do take a little longer so please bear this in mind when ordering.

The cost of shipping to Northern and The Republic of Ireland is £12.00

We are able to ship to Jersey, although this option is not offered on our website. You can contact fallwithgrace1@gmail.com to place the order.
